Ever since the government and treatment companies decided not to allow or offer the use of CCA (Copper Chrome Arsenate) in 2006, we have witnessed an increase of premature failings in the market. McVeigh Parker has had many discussions with treatment companies, timber suppliers and trade bodies, however we have struggled to get a conclusive and informative answer as to what quality needs to be specified, in order to achieve a life span that is equivalent to the old CCA.
